This 6-week paid internship offers college students the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the HR department, supporting various tasks and projects in a corporate healthcare environment.

Intern provides support to the HR department by assisting with various tasks and projects
Gaining hands-on experience in both corporate and hospital settings, working on projects that support department operations, employee engagement, and strategic HR consultation

Required

H.S. Diploma/GED Equivalent
Less than 1 Year of Experience

Preferred

Currently enrolled in a college degree program entering junior year or higher level, working toward an applicable Bachelor's degree
Must be a current scholar in the Dr. Emmett J. Conrad Leadership Program
Minimum cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 3.0
Excellent communication skills
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Proficiency using Microsoft Office suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Detail-oriented and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in work
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Willingness to learn, take initiative and adapt to changing priorities
