Responsibilities
Develop and deploy test platforms and programs at OSATs for scaled tests
Develop evaluation modules for customer samples
Collaborate with OSATs and EAG for test scale
Test platform redesign/optimization for increased test coverage/throughput
Qualification
Required
BS or MS in Electrical Engineering
PCB design experience (schematic and layout placement/optimization)
Test automation programming (Verilog/C++/Python/LabView)
Data analysis (Python/JMP)
Test platform design and integration
Integrated device characterization
