They are seeking an experienced Controller to manage daily financial transactions using QuickBooks Online, including accounts receivable and payable, financial reporting, and compliance with firm policies.

Responsibilities

Process payments through QuickBooks Online and maintain accurate payment records and cash logs, while reconciling accounts

Maintain organized records of invoices, payments, W-9s, and vendor profiles for audits and year-end reporting

Ensure compliance with firm policies when posting and paying client-related expenses

Coordinate federal and state reporting with outside CPA Firm

Assist with annual review of business insurance policies including Workers. Compensation and Business Owners

Maintaining all office locations’ business licenses and registration documentation with the State, City, and/or county

Required

4+ years of experience in a controller related role

QuickBooks Online experience

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent Business discipline
