Advising clients and plan service providers on compliance with ERISA, PPACA, HIPAA, and related federal and state employee-benefits laws
Drafting and amending plan documents, including plan documents, summary plan descriptions, and plan policies
Participating in and attending client meetings
Qualification
Required
0-5 years of experience
