Confidential company is seeking a Hiring & Onboarding Specialist to join their team. This role involves onboarding new hires, managing job postings, and ensuring a seamless hiring process while providing excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities
Conduct New Hire Orientations: Lead and facilitate orientations, helping new hires understand company culture, expectations, and job duties
Manage Job Postings & Candidate Communication: Post open positions across multiple platforms, respond to inquiries, and schedule interviews/orientations
Process Orientation Paperwork: Accurately complete and input all required documentation including I-9 forms, ID badge creation, and system entries (e.g., Excel and ATS)
Support Applicant Flow: Guide candidates through the onboarding process, walk the floor to provide assistance, and ensure a welcoming experience
Coordinate with Other Branches: Work closely with other locations across the U.S. to maintain consistency in hiring and onboarding
Maintain Compliance: Ensure all documentation is completed correctly and adheres to company and regulatory standards
Represent the Brand: Serve as the first point of contact for candidates. A professional, friendly attitude is essential
Data Accuracy: Input candidate and onboarding data with attention to detail and confidentiality
Adaptability: Be flexible to adjust to changing schedules, hiring demands, and operational needs
Qualification
Required
Strong customer service and communication skills
Experience in staffing, warehousing, or human resources within the staffing industry
Strong computer skills including ATS and VMS systems
Good Excel and Google Sheets skills
Reliability required based on business needs and support of staff
Ability to interact confidently and clearly with candidates, managers, and team members
Background in customer service, call centers, staffing, or HR
Comfortable with data entry, Excel, databases, and ATS platforms
Dependability is crucial in ensuring new hires are onboarded smoothly and on time
Professional, friendly attitude
Willingness to grow in the staffing and HR field
Entry-level candidates are welcome, but preference is given to those with previous experience and a consistent work history
Reliable transportation to and from work
