Client Services Manager
EML Payments is a global leader in payments technology, providing innovative solutions that enhance financial transactions. The Client Services Manager will deliver exceptional service to North American clients, acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams while managing client relationships and supporting operational processes.
Responsibilities
Work closely with account management leadership and team to best service EML’s NA Clients
Work closely with cardholder support team to ensure larger scale issues are appropriately communicated, with a client-focused mentality and proactive communications
Proactively identify and solve complex problems that impact the management, relationship and growth of the accounts
Represent EML to the client and the client to EML
Gather and share information internally on process or technical challenges for our partners, bringing the right resources together to identify and implement solutions
Demonstrate subject matter expertise on EML products and services
Manage the ticketing and contact/communication management process as defined for the region
Ensure all tickets are responded to in a timely manner
Support Card Production team through the client ordering process with timely communications out to clients and proofing reviews
Manage small-scale projects related to product enhancements, added properties, and other small program changes
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define resolution paths for client issues and ensure timely implementation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Minimum of 5+ years' work experience in client services and/or client support related role
Experience with project coordination or small-scale project management
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage competing priorities
Ability to build relationships, influence decisions, and negotiate in the best interest of EML and its clients
Resourcefulness and willingness to learn and support where required
Strong attention to detail
Strong technical expertise to learn new applications
Experience with JIRA, Excel (Pivot Tables), Word, Monday.com
Preferred
Preferred experience in financial services
