Head of Lifecycle Marketing, Zappos
Zappos is seeking a strategic Head of Lifecycle Marketing to lead and evolve their global email and push notification programs while driving growth for their mobile app. This role will be instrumental in enhancing customer engagement and boosting revenue through innovative marketing strategies and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities
Define and drive comprehensive strategic vision for email, push notifications, and app channels aligned with Zappos' business goals and growth targets
Lead strategic planning and goal-setting across channels, providing executive-level insights and recommendations
Architect next-generation personalization and automation strategies to enhance customer lifetime value
Drive innovation in our mobile app strategy, leading cross-functional initiatives to accelerate growth
Champion technology investments and platform enhancements to enable advanced capabilities
Design framework for measuring and optimizing channel performance and customer engagement
Develop strategic partnerships across CRM, Product, Tech, and Creative to drive transformation initiatives
Guide the evolution of our lifecycle marketing program through strategic testing and optimization
Lead stakeholder management and executive communication of strategic initiatives and results
Mentor and develop team members while fostering a culture of innovation and customer obsession
Qualification
Required
6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
Experience communicating results to senior leadership
Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
Preferred
Experience creating and executing integrated marketing lead generation campaigns using tactics that include live or virtual events, webinars, email, lead nurture programs, and CRM/sales insights
Experience with Salesforce and Tableau
