Launch Companion city-by-city, starting with Boston
Own trust narrative, cultural tone, consent-first framing, and early density loops
Write transparent, safety-first posts on Reddit
Explain anonymity without marketing language
Answer tough questions calmly
Let users critique and build trust through openness
Write human, consent-aware observations on X (Twitter)
Design campus-safe launch playbooks and women-first onboarding flows
Work with student ambassadors and women’s groups for offline validation
Monitor how anonymity is perceived
Translate fear → clarity → trust
Design growth loops that respect consent
Work with the founder on reveal mechanics and women-first features
