Responsibilities
Develop and execute earned media strategies across parenting, lifestyle, health, and consumer media to secure consistent, high-quality press coverage that builds brand trust and authority
Plan and manage paid media opportunities that align with PR and brand storytelling goals
Identify and collaborate with experts and institutions such as pediatricians, lactation consultants, parenting specialists, and health professionals to develop credible expert-backed narratives and campaigns
Identify and develop partnerships with nonprofit, charitable, and social impact organizations to support cause-driven campaigns that reinforce brand purpose and trust
Identify culturally relevant partnership opportunities that resonate with local audiences and build relationships with local partners, parenting communities, and third-party organizations to expand Grownsy’s presence within North American parenting ecosystems
Support in-person collaborations, panels, workshops, or community gatherings when needed and act as a thoughtful, professional brand ambassador in public-facing settings
Track and report on PR performance (coverage quality, reach, share of voice, sentiment) and provide insights and recommendations to continuously improve PR strategy and impact
Qualification
Required
At least 3 years in Public Relations, Communications, or Media Relations with proven success securing earned media coverage in North America
Experience working with brands that get culture - maybe in parenting, lifestyle, or DTC
Experience working with experts, institutions, nonprofits, or third-party partners with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple partnerships and projects
Passionate about parenting, family, or consumer brands that make everyday life better
