Qualification
Required
Strong years of residential real estate experience at a Tier 1 brokerage
Strong understanding of sales, advisory workflows, and client negotiation dynamics
Excellent written communication and analytical skills
Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable working remotely
Ability to think critically and articulate nuanced real estate decision-making
