Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of personal lines accounts, including both high-net-worth and standard accounts
Provide full servicing of accounts, including marketing new and renewal business
Present quotes to clients and process cancellations, endorsements, and invoicing
Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction and efficient account management
Utilize EPIC software for account management and documentation
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurance carriers, including Mercury, Safeco, Travelers, and others
Qualification
Required
Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal lines insurance
Proficiency in EPIC software
Strong communication skills
Proactive approach
Team-oriented mindset
Personable demeanor
Ability to work in a hybrid model, with at least 2-3 days in-office per week
Preferred
Exposure to high-net-worth accounts preferred
Familiarity with carriers such as Mercury, Safeco, and Travelers
