Host scheduled Zoom consultations with clients
Explain supplemental life, accident, and health benefit options clearly
Guide clients through enrollment and provide ongoing policy support
Maintain accurate records while ensuring compliance standards are met
Participate in weekly training sessions, team development, and leadership workshops
Qualification
Required
Experience in benefits advising, sales, or client service
Strong virtual communication and interpersonal skills
Organized, coachable, and mission-driven
Proficient with Zoom, CRM systems, and digital documentation
Passion for serving veterans and their families is highly valued
Authorized to work in the U.S
Reliable internet connection
Windows-based laptop or PC with webcam
