Responsibilities

Manage power solution development to support system development needs and requirements
Engage with technology partners on power application and technology trends to obtain industry advantage to build world-class power solutions
Work with architecture/concept teams on power supply features, new topology and applications for future power applications
Support cross-function engagement by providing subject matter expertise

Qualification

Power supply designAnalog circuitry designDigital circuitry designEmbedded system designPower topologyRegulatory complianceCAD toolsSimulation toolsProgram managementCommunication skillsPresentation skills

Required

8+ years' experience in a server power supply/application related design field or equivalent skill; must include experience with analog and digital circuitry design
Skilled in embedded system design using micro-controllers
Familiarity with power topology and component applications such as semiconductors and magnetic applications
Experienced in dealing with relevant regulatory requirements
Excellent program management, communication and presentation skills

Preferred

Experience using Computer Aided Design (CAD) and simulation tools e.g., MATLAB, SPICE and allegro
