Responsibilities

Work with educators to develop engaging, high-quality remote learning experiences that meet the diverse needs of our learners
Monitor student participation and progress to ensure that all learners are actively engaged and on track with their coursework
Utilize data to identify areas of learning difficulty and work with educators to implement tailored pedagogical strategies
Provide technical support to both educators and students, such as troubleshooting learning management system (LMS) issues
Coordinate with other departments to ensure that necessary learning materials, such as textbooks and supplemental resources, are available to students in a timely manner
Foster an inclusive and supportive virtual learning environment by managing online discussion boards and student support platforms
Attend regular team and student meetings via videoconferencing platforms and be comfortable in a predominantly virtual work environment

Required

A bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, education technology, or a related field
Familiarity with a wide range of educational technologies and LMS platforms

Impeccable communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to comfortably interact with individuals at all levels of the organization
A flexible and adaptive mindset, with the ability to respond to changing needs in an evolving remote learning context

Preferred

Experience working in a remote or distance learning environment is advantageous, but not mandatory
