Responsibilities

Prepare Forms 10-Q and 10-K pursuant to SEC Regulations

Prepare supporting schedules and calculations

Prepare and analyze audit schedules

Research technical accounting issues and draft note disclosures and memos

Prepare the Earnings Release with support for validation

Assist with audits/examinations and special projects

Assist the SOX team with special assignments necessary to support business strategy

Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values
