Responsibilities

Best-in-class solutions – Your primary role will be delivering analytical solutions to the business. You will need to bring a strong business acumen and work to understand the business challenges facing your stakeholders and deduce where the greatest opportunity for analytics solutions lies
Communication and Presentation – On the front end, you will be expected to guide requirement gathering conversations with stakeholders across operations, asking insightful questions to see the business from their perspective. On the back end of solution development/analysis, you will be expected to explain results of analysis to team members, train stakeholders on how to use decision support tools, and succinctly convey how solutions meet specific business needs
Change Management – You will be expected to champion and lead organizational change as we roll out new processes and technologies. You will learn, demo, train and support the usage of these new solutions across the organization on a variety of project types and locations
Requirements Gathering and Definition - Solicit requirements by identifying a desired future state that addresses a supply chain or business problem. Articulate requirements to the lowest level of detail that will provide the biggest impact in advancing business objectives and project success
Data Analysis – You will be expected, without specific direction, to leverage data to make strategic recommendations to the business regarding data relationships, gaps, and potential outcomes of your suggestions
Data Collection – You will be expected to develop a deep understanding of the core applications we leverage to collect, manipulate, and store data. You will work with stakeholders and key members of our product teams to understand which data we capture today, as well as participate in the development/procurement of future solutions and processes to capture other necessary data we may not be currently collecting

Required

Prior deliverables leveraging data to solve unique and challenging business problems
3+ years' work experience performing data analysis, procurement process or systems analysis, or materials and commodity analysis in a professional setting
Prior experience in supply chain or construction roles
Experience with analyzing structured and un-structured datasets
Experience deploying or managing supply chain technologies across an organization(s), and monitoring effectiveness
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field
Ability to lead others and ensure that both individual and team projects are completed on time and to high quality standards
Database querying (SQL for MS SQL Server highly preferred)
Data visualization experience and technique best practices (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
Data lineage tracing and understanding of ETL processes
Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel functions
SAP ERP experience and ability to navigate table structures a plus
A deep desire to add significant business value
