Bray International, Inc. is offering an Operations Excellence Internship designed for Industrial or Supply Chain Engineering students. The role involves collaborating on projects that improve supply chain and manufacturing operations, providing hands-on experience in production planning, inventory management, and process improvement.

Manufacturing

Responsibilities

Collaborate across departments, getting hands-on experience in areas like production planning, inventory management, supplier quality, and process improvement
Own 1–2 projects that solve real operational challenges or enhance our supply chain systems
Analyze and optimize production workflows to improve throughput and reduce waste
Develop data-driven forecasting models to support inventory management
Investigate supplier quality issues and propose corrective actions
Support logistics and distribution efficiency improvements
Participate in cross-functional teams to enhance manufacturing processes

Required

A sophomore or junior pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related fields
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
A proactive communicator who enjoys collaborating with diverse teams
Curious and driven — ready to take initiative and dive into new challenges

Preferred

GPA of 3.5 or higher preferred, showing strong academic performance
Previous internship or related experience is a plus
Leadership experience in student organizations, projects, or extracurriculars is valued
