Applications Engineer
Emerson is a company focusing on Test & Measurement solutions, and they are seeking Applications Engineers to join their team. Responsibilities
Interacting with customers to understand their technical and operational requirements and recommend appropriate T&M solutions
Creating proof-of-concepts with T&M NI hardware and software for demonstrations to customers
Building relationships and trust with customers and account managers
Collaborating with cross-functional teams on product feedback and contribute towards technical initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor of Science degree with an engineering or computer science concentration
Familiarity with electronic measurement equipment (e.g., Power supplies, DMMs, Scopes, function generators, etc.)
Familiarity with high-level programming language (e.g., C, C++, C#, LabVIEW, Python, etc.)
English language proficiency
Effective oral, written, presentation and communication skills
Effective collaboration skills
Availability to travel up to 25% of time throughout the Americas region
Work authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
Preferred
Knowledge of RF communications
