Electronics Maintenance Technician (Controls Engineering Tech)-HHC

Responsibilities
Ability to read and follow the information on work instructions
Record data either manually or by computer as required
Selects, installs, calibrates, and checks sensing, telemetering, and recording instrumentation and circuitry, and develops specifications for nonstandard apparatus according to engineering data, characteristic of equipment under test, and capabilities of procurable test apparatus
Troubleshoots control logic through PLC interface using software to isolate and repair fault conditions
Interpret electrical schematics, code logic, and HMI interfaces to diagnose system issues
Collaborate with engineering teams to implement control system modifications and upgrades
Conduct preventive maintenance on automation equipment, including sensors, actuators, and motor drives
Document troubleshooting steps, corrective actions, and system changes for future reference
Operates test apparatus during test cycle to produce, regulate, and record effects of actual or simulated conditions such as vibration, stress, temperature, humidity, pressure, altitude, and acceleration
Must comply with all company attendance policies and guidelines; this includes, but is not limited to, regular attendance and occasional overtime

Qualification
Required
High school Diploma or GED
Minimum of 5 years industrial experience/manufacturing experience
Employee must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position
This position entails access to export-controlled items and employment offers are conditioned upon an applicant's ability to lawfully obtain access to such items
Preferred
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering
