Business Development Partner (Commission-Based | Full-Cycle Sales)
OutsourceCX is a strategic outsourcing and offshoring partner serving mid-market companies and fast-growing SMEs. They are seeking a Business Development Partner who will own the entire sales process, from pipeline creation to closing deals, focusing on building long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities
You are fully responsible for your pipeline through:
Existing relationships and professional network
Strategic outreach and referrals
Industry conversations and partnerships
Digital prospecting and direct engagement
You will lead every phase of the sales process:
Prospecting and qualification
Executive-level discovery conversations
Solution positioning and alignment
Proposal development (with internal support)
Commercial negotiation and closing
Post-close transition and relationship handover
Realistic target: 1–3 new clients per month
Focused on quality, long-term partnerships—not volume
Average deal sizes aligned with SME and mid-market outsourcing engagements
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or entrepreneurial roles
Confidence in running full-cycle sales, not just opening conversations
Ability to self-generate leads and build trust with senior decision-makers
Experience selling services (outsourcing, BPO, SaaS, consulting, or complex solutions)
Preference for ownership, flexibility, and upside over fixed compensation
Availability for U.S. EST discovery calls (early hours) during the interview and selection process
