Level 1 IT Support Technician
IT Accel, Inc. is seeking a motivated IT support professional to join their dynamic team in Great Neck, NY. The role involves providing initial IT support to clients, troubleshooting technical issues, and assisting with user setups and software installations.

Responsibilities
Act as the initial point of contact for client IT support requests through phone, email, and our ticketing system
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to workstations, networks, and common business applications
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher-level engineers when necessary
Assist with user setup, password resets, software installations, and system updates
Document all work performed and maintain accurate records within our ticketing system
Qualification
Required
1–2 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles (internships are considered)
Proficiency in Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365
Basic understanding of networking concepts such as DNS, DHCP, and IP addressing
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Own reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally as needed
Preferred
Experience in a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment
Familiarity with RMM and PSA tools like ConnectWise or Datto
CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent certification
