This role focuses on designing, developing, and delivering high-quality learning experiences to support Stellar MLS products and services through both in-person and digital training methods.

Responsibilities
Design and develop instructional content using adult learning principles and instructional design best practices
Create, edit and maintain course curriculum, course notes, storyboards, learning objectives, assessments, scripts, facilitator guides, and learner materials
Develop interactive eLearning and blended learning solutions using Articulate Rise 360, and other softwares
Produce, edit, and maintain instructional videos using Camtasia or similar video editing tools
Evaluate and improve training content to increase effectiveness and learner engagement
Partner with product teams and subject matter experts to align learning content with product releases and business goals
Plan and implement multimedia learning initiatives within the LMS and Stellar University
Facilitate virtual training and occasionally deliver in person training within the Stellar MLS coverage area
Manage the classroom or virtual learning environment to ensure effective and professional learning experience
Ensure consistent instructional quality and brand voice across all learning experiences
Manage personal workload, timelines, and deliverables to meet quality and deadline expectations
Other responsibilities as assigned
Some travel, after hours, and weekend hours may be required
Timely and regular attendance is an essential function of the position; being physically present in the work environment is an essential job function
Cross-training for other departmental functions is expected and required
Must be able to work in a remote work environment and able to report to the office in Altamonte Springs, FL and other locations for company events as needed (in the state of Florida)
Qualification
Required
Experience designing corporate training, eLearning, and blended learning programs
Strong knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design methodologies
Hands-on experience using Articulate Rise 360 or similar tools
Experience creating and editing instructional videos using Camtasia or similar tools
Experience in creating course curriculum including course notes, trainer guides and slide decks
Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging, learner focused content
Experience working within a Learning Management System
Strong virtual and instructor-led facilitation skills
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
Ability to manage classroom and virtual learning environments professionally
Ability to field questions, guide discussions, and maintain learner engagement
Must be able to follow company policies and procedures
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
Ability to create reports and statistics
High attention to detail and quality standards
Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Proficiency with Canva, Teams, Zoom, and related collaboration tools
Ability to troubleshoot basic technology issues during training sessions
Ability to adapt in a fast paced, changing environment
Able to maintain professionalism at all times in a fast-paced, changing environment
Exceptional written and verbal communication, as well as listening and interpersonal communication skills
Acceptable vision and hearing (with or without correction)
Bending on occasion and lifting up to approximately 30 pounds occasionally
Standing and walking approximately 4-6 hours a day
Talking and sitting for long periods of time, approximately 8-10 hours a day
Writing and/or typing for long periods of time, approximately 8-10 hours a day
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Training-related education or experience
Proficient with Windows, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Work, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. ), Zoom and other related software
Preferred
1 to 2 years in the Real Estate Industry or MLS
Real estate or MLS experience preferred
Spanish speaking a plus
