Customer Service Representative - Full-Time, In Office (NKC)
Lauren's Hope Medical ID Jewelry is an award-winning e-commerce retailer specializing in customized medical ID jewelry. They are seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to provide customer care through various channels and assist customers in selecting and purchasing products.

Responsibilities
Provide customer care via inbound phone calls, email, live chat, and text
Assist customers in selecting, customizing, and purchasing products
Recommend additional products to enhance the customer experience
Resolve customer concerns and create positive resolutions
Collaborate across departments to ensure exceptional customer service
Accurately process and track orders using company systems
Cross-train to support additional business processes as needed
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 1 year in customer service, customer care, or call center (phone-based preferred)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Google Workspace (Gmail, Gcal, Drive, Sheets, Docs, etc.)
Excellent grammar, spelling, and typing accuracy for fast-paced email and chat responses
Ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Positive, team-oriented attitude
