Responsibilities

Pipeline Recovery & Lead Generation: Take immediate ownership of the existing sales funnel; revive dormant opportunities while proactively identifying, prospecting, and qualifying new high-volume accounts
Wholesale Channel Acquisition: Secure and scale partnerships with top dealership groups, integrating Lectron products into standard vehicle inventory, F&I offerings, and point-of-sale programs
National Corporate Accounts: Negotiate and manage enterprise-level programs with national automotive retailers and corporate accounts to deploy Lectron solutions across multi-location networks
Financial Business Case Development: Translate technical and operational advantages into compelling ROI narratives for dealership principals and executive stakeholders, emphasizing margin expansion, attachment rates, and customer retention
Direct Executive Reporting: Deliver accurate forecasts, pipeline analytics, and competitive market intelligence directly to the CEO to inform go-to-market and product strategy

Required

Proven Revenue Generation: 5+ years of B2B sales experience with a demonstrated track record of closing high-value, complex contracts in the automotive industry
Established Industry Network: Existing relationships with decision-makers at major dealership groups, automotive retailers, or OEM-adjacent organizations
Technical & Regulatory Expertise: Hands-on experience with EV charging standards, infrastructure deployment, and incentive/regulatory environments; California regulatory familiarity is a strong plus
Complex Negotiation: Proven ability to navigate multi-layered procurement processes and negotiate enterprise-level commercial agreements
Strategic Autonomy: Highly disciplined, self-directed, and comfortable owning the full sales lifecycle—from initial engagement through post-sale rollout—in a fast-moving, high-growth environment

Preferred

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field preferred, or equivalent executive-level sales experience
