Responsibilities

Ensure efficient and effective operations of the department, maintaining world-class quality standards
Participate in daily operations and address issues until resolved successfully
Provide training for new personnel and implement new processes, ensuring detailed documentation
Attend study protocol meetings and educate team members on critical issues
Build work schedules and holiday planning for the team
Assist in Global Kit Production, distribution, and order fulfillment, ensuring timely processing of supplies
Support internal departments and external kit vendors with high levels of service and reliability
Manage Kit Production staff and provide training to new members
Serve as the main point of contact for Kitting Operations and management
Monitor staff performance and identify efficiencies in the production process
Support with back orders, order comments, and express orders
Coordinate the review and action required on custom reports
Manage the K Drive and kit vendor document repository
Provide system and courier training
Attend weekly kitting vendor operational meetings
Perform quality control checks and assist with (un)loading activities

Required

Able to lift 40 lbs. without assistance
Standing for full shift
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Minimum of 2+ years of proven experience
Proven leadership skills
Knowledge of Good Clinical Practices
Strong motivator, with the ability to encourage and lead a team
Outstanding attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Strong digital literacy and outstanding analytical abilities
Effective negotiation, problem resolution, and critical thinking skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Physical mobility, including standing, bending, and lifting, with exposure to fluctuating temperatures and potentially hazardous substances
Able to communicate, receive, and understand information and ideas with diverse groups of people in a comprehensible and reasonable manner
Able to work upright and stationary for typical working hours
Ability to use and learn standard office equipment and technology with proficiency
Able to perform successfully under pressure while prioritizing and handling multiple projects or activities
Work is performed in a production or office environment with exposure to electrical equipment
