Responsibilities

Must be prepared for sea service, with deployments typically averaging two to three (2 - 3) months

Valid U.S. Coast Guard documentation and endorsements for the position, including: Merchant Mariner Credential (MMC) with endorsements such as VPDSD, STCW, RFPNW/RFPEW, and OICNW/OICEW (for Officers ONLY)

Valid Medical Certificate with STCW and National Expiration Dates

Transportation Workers Identification Credential (TWIC)

A valid U.S. Passport

Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
