Agency Success Partner

Responsibilities
Contribute to agency distribution strategy and goals by providing administrative support
Learn and follow Obie’s appointment and onboarding process
Help service our agent partners' needs via chat support and phone support
Effectively build relationships with agents and partners to drive collaboration and enhance business partnerships
Create and understand the training curriculum needed for agents
Ability to work independently as well as cross-functionally to build and support the Agency Development team
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in insurance sales or service
Active P&C Insurance license required
Basic understanding of Salesforce and G Suite
Demonstrated ability to think strategically and develop processes that drive our partners' success
Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
Passion for early-stage startups and/or high-growth environments
Able to deal well with ambiguity and maintain composure in complex situations
Experience in troubleshooting technical issues
Energy, empathy, and patience are all vital soft skills a candidate should possess
