The role focuses on building a book of business through various lead generation methods and meeting with homeowners to evaluate their remodeling needs while consistently hitting sales goals.

Building a book of business through canvassing, networking, referrals, and company-provided leads. The more outside lead generation you develop, the more company leads we will provide!
Meet with homeowners to evaluate their remodeling needs and showcase options through our award-winning in-home presentation
Prepare accurate estimates and present solutions confidently
Consistently hit weekly and monthly sales goals
Represent a trusted, award-winning brand with professionalism
Qualification
Required
Proven drive, work ethic, and competitive mindset
Comfortable with outside sales, door-to-door, and face-to-face conversations
Strong communication and closing skills
Coachable and willing to follow a structured sales process
Organized, detail-oriented, and accountable
You must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
Preferred
Sales or construction experience preferred, but not required
