Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science or related or equivalent work experience
7+ years experience managing complex technology projects with compressed schedules
5+ years experience leading high performing, technologically savvy teams
5+ years of technical product or program management experience
7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent
Preferred
Master's degree in relevant discipline
Proficient at creating and tracking complex development schedules, managing issues and tracking bugs
Experience managing the introduction of new technologies
Solid understanding of product development lifecycles
Strong understanding of technical requirements for technology integration
Hands on experience at overseas manufacturing facilities
Excellent leadership skills
Excellent communication skills
Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
Master's degree in Engineering (any domain)
Experience developing and driving projects with tight schedules and multiple dependencies
Knowledge of agile product development and life-cycle management process
Experience in high-volume manufacturing operations or sourcing environments
Experience understanding product and technical requirements and interfacing with Product/Technology teams
