Responsibilities

Lead and have primary ownership of contract payment obligations across a $XXB B2B global business
Coordinate invoice reconciliation processes with external customers and PO generation processes with internal stakeholder teams
Develop and implement tools and processes in contracting payment operations to increase efficiency and sales productivity
Advise on payment term contracting issues and approaches and consolidate best practices
Support the Sales, Bid Capture, and Business Development teams in educating customer and GPO contracting officials on Amazon Business payment processes
Establish internal reporting on contract payment performance; work with partner teams to create tools and mechanisms to track contract payment performance

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Experience in procurement, supply chain, inventory management, contract management, lease administration or operations

Preferred

Experience working cross functionally across several teams
Experience demonstrating strong analytical abilities and confidence in the use of data
Experience reading, interpreting, and extracting data from business and legal contracts and agreements
Experience using Salesforce or other CRM tools
Experience in written and oral communication, including the ability to communicate with all levels in the organization (technical, business, executive)
