Aspen Standard Wealth is a company focused on empowering RIA leaders through partnerships for long-term growth. They are seeking a Chief Growth Officer (CGO) to implement the Aspen Growth Model and drive business growth while managing P&L responsibilities alongside the partner firm's Founder.

Responsibilities
Implement the Aspen Growth Model and Be a Dedicated and Focused Growth Multiplier
Work alongside partner firm CEO to achieve the firm’s P&L targets, ultimately driving double-digit AUM and EBITDA growth by executing the value creation plan. Put the company on a path to achieving 3x organic growth over a 5-year period
Build an in-depth understanding of the Aspen Growth Model (including pricing, marketing, M&A, value creation, etc.) and make strategic recommendations for how to prioritize, adapt and pull growth levers to achieve the value creation plan
Implement the Aspen Growth Model, driving key operational initiatives for the firm and demonstrate excellent cross-functional project and stakeholder management expertise
Ensure and accelerate the firm’s readiness for M&A, leading tuck-in integrations as relevant
Build and maintain KPI dashboards and reports to provide insight and transparency into performance, reviewing the performance regularly with the Founder/CEO and Aspen
Implement and help drive a company-wide Operating Rhythm, ensuring the firm leverages weekly project/issue tracking methods as well as quarterly and annual planning to stay focused and execute on the most critical value creation efforts
Bring a continuous improvement mindset to your work and the company, consistently evaluating the efficacy and efficiency of various initiatives, projects and approaches
Drive accountability throughout the partnership and across the company
Run an efficient, effective and compliant organization, achieving margin and operational maturity metrics around client service SLAs, cybersecurity and industry best practice compliance
Advocate at partner firm and with Aspen for business processes and sales/marketing needs to maximize efficiency and effectiveness
Ensure client service is both excellent and that Implement operational changes and initiatives to sustain and improve an eNPS of 30+
Build meaningful relationships up and down the organization, listening to and incorporating staff input into business processes and strategies
Effectively communicate with Aspen HQ, ensuring seamless collaboration on projects and day-to-day business operations
Serve as a thought partner to the CEO/Founder
Qualification
Required
Track record of driving revenue growth through organic and inorganic strategies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify opportunities and make decisions
Interpersonal savvy: Reads people and emotional dynamics accurately and interacts in a way that reduces friction and keeps relationships productive, even when there is disagreement or stress
Sound judgement and decision quality: Makes sound, timely calls under uncertainty by blending structure, data, evidence, and experience—then owns and learns from the outcomes
Motivate others: Inspires and sustains energy, commitment, and ownership in individuals and teams by connecting work to meaning and by recognizing progress and effort
Drives results: Consistently delivers outcomes that matter, especially under pressure, and prioritizes impact over optics
