Responsibilities

Identify potential client resources in the European and American target markets, formulate and execute a key account development plan, and establish new business connections through both online and offline channels (such as industry exhibitions and business visits)
Analyze market trends and competitive information, develop differentiated marketing strategies leveraging the company’s product advantages, and enhance product awareness and penetration in the local market
Maintain core customer relationships, deeply understand customer needs, provide customized solutions, and promote long-term cooperation and repeat purchases. Coordinate internal resources (product, technical, logistics, etc.) to ensure rapid response to customer demands and problem resolution
Lead contract negotiations, order follow-ups, and delivery processes, managing the entire cycle of order forecasting, shipping, and payments to mitigate potential risks and ensure efficient project advancement
Set annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets along with action plans, break down tasks by region or customer, and ensure performance metrics are achieved. Regularly review sales data to optimize strategies and enhance efficiency

Required

Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in International Trade, Marketing, Foreign Languages, or a related field
Proficiency in English as a working language is required
A valid U.S. visa
3 to 5 years of experience in overseas sales or foreign trade
Background in electronic cigarettes, 3C digital products, or related industries being preferable
Excellent business negotiation and cross-departmental collaboration skills
Strong ability to efficiently coordinate internal resources to meet customer needs
Must be self-driven, able to handle pressure, and adapt to frequent travel (domestic and international)
Strong alignment with the company's industry direction
Willingness to develop a long-term career in the electronic cigarette field
Must possess a strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and good customer service awareness and risk management capabilities

Preferred

Background in electronic cigarettes, 3C digital products, or related industries being preferable
