Responsibilities

Prepare business, financial, and operational analyses to assist deal teams on transactions and internal deal processes
Analyze industry and company-specific information, including conducting detailed research and financial statement analysis
Collaborate with senior professionals and deal teams on all aspects of investment banking transactions
Develop marketing materials and client presentations while engaging with senior bankers, clients, lawyers, accountants and other industry professionals

Required

Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, as well as the ability to develop meaningful relationships
Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced and challenging environment
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
Strong attention to detail and organization
Ability to work independently and as part of a broader team

Preferred

Prior relevant internship experience considered a plus but not required
