Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally
Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction
Document customer interactions in the CRM system for tracking and reporting purposes
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies to customers
Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary for resolution
Identify opportunities for improving the customer support process and contribute suggestions
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
Proven experience in a customer service or support role is a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support software is advantageous
