Responsibilities

Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems

Responds to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support

Documents, tracks and monitors issues to ensure a timely resolution

Identifies current or anticipated problem areas relating to telecommunications hardware and software systems

Provides asset management and tracking support of cellular, Voice Over Internet Protocol (VoIP), analog, circuits and broadband services, and associated equipment

Required

Associate's degree or 2 years of experience in Information Technology or in a related area

Knowledge of telecom assets of cellular, VoIP, analog, circuits and broadband services
