This role involves driving the quality strategy from project start-up through final acceptance, ensuring all deliverables meet the highest standards of performance and compliance.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the project’s quality management system across all phases of construction
Develop and implement project-specific Quality Management Plans
Review design documents and submittals to ensure quality requirements are clearly defined and met
Oversee inspections, testing, and documentation to verify compliance with project standards
Identify, investigate, and resolve quality issues; manage NCRs and corrective/preventative actions
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and third-party testing agencies to maintain quality control
Support continuous improvement through root cause analysis and lessons learned
Mentor and support project and field engineers in quality procedures and best practices
Ensure full compliance with company policies, procedures, and client requirements

Required

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of QA/QC or Quality Management experience in the construction industry; experience in data centers, mission critical, or large-scale industrial projects is strongly preferred
Demonstrated history of long tenure or progressive growth within prior organizations
Solid understanding of construction processes, codes, and standards
Skilled in issue tracking, documentation, and inspection management
Familiarity with quality systems such as ISO 9001, Lean, or USACE's three-phase control system
Strong communication and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management software (e.g., Unifier, Procore, or similar)
Valid driver's license required
Must be willing to work on site and travel to job sites throughout the US (this is not a remote role)
