Responsibilities
You will report directly to our Software Engineering Manager and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, Arizona location on a hybrid work schedule
In this role, you will impact the performance and reliability of our software products, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and functionality, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction and driving business growth
Help to build a strong, diverse team by recruiting talent, identifying, and developing successors, driving retention and engagement, and fostering an inclusive culture
Qualification
Required
Experience in software engineering with a focus on AI technologies
Strong understanding of software development methodologies
Proficiency in programming languages relevant to AI development
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Excellent problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills
Preferred
Experience with cloud computing platforms
Familiarity with machine learning frameworks
Previous experience in a leadership or mentoring role
