Facilities Project Management Intern
Chromalloy Corporation is a global engineering & solutions company specializing in aftermarket parts and repairs for aircraft engines and gas turbines. The Facilities Project Management Intern will assist the Facility Project Engineer in process improvement and facility projects while gaining hands-on experience in project management and manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities
Support facility and equipment projects, including data collection, analysis, drawings, procedures, and documentation
Prepare technical drawings, layouts, and specifications using CAD tools
Participate in troubleshooting and problem-solving activities for equipment and systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (maintenance, operations, purchasing, contractors) to ensure project deliverables are met
Maintain accurate records and contribute to technical reports and presentations
Perform other tasks assigned to support projects and facility operations
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in a bachelor's program in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
Basic understanding of engineering principles and manufacturing processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with MS Project, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Siemens NX is preferred
Good understanding of thermodynamics and fluid dynamics. Knowledge of foundry operations or thermal processes
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Experience with auto CAD and MS Project
Have good problem-solving for fixing or improving mechanical systems
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
