They are seeking a creative and experienced interior designer to join their team, who will influence the firm's design philosophy and oversee projects from inception to construction.

Responsibilities

Assist and participate in all phases in design from conceptual design to construction administration

Prepare, coordinate, and complete construction document packages

Select furnishings, materials, fixtures, and hardware

Communicate with vendors and showrooms, assist with procurement

Collaborate with various teams in order to establish goals, schedules, and budgets

Monitor day-to-day construction administration activities including coordination with the contractor, owner, and consultants to maintain project progress

Required

Bachelor's or Master's degree in architecture or Interior Design

5 -10 years of working experience in designing, and detailing high-end single-family, multi-family complexes and commercial tenant improvement projects

Technical knowledge of the above-mentioned types of projects

Excellent verbal, written, and graphic communication skills

Proficient in Revit and Rhino

Live in Bay Area and is able to commute to SF
