Bosch Home Comfort USA is a leader in the production of geothermal and water source heat pumps. They are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Assembly Line/Test Associate to assemble and troubleshoot failures of heat pumps and test equipment in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

Adhere to all company safety absolute and PPE requirements. Maintain a clean and organized work area

Train or assist in training operators of run off stations to ensure tests are being properly performed, help to identify and resolve improvement opportunities and gaps with training

First escalation point of contact for testing and programming operations: Leak Test, Final Run Test, Motor Programming, and Controller Programming

Assist with training new or cross-functional team members, contributing to a positive and cooperative team environment

Qualification

Manufacturing experienceTroubleshooting skillsSafety complianceTeamworkEnglish proficiency

Required

Ability to read and apply work instructions, follow directions, understand and execute safety and quality procedures

Must be flexible to work in other departments when requested

Must be able to work overtime when requested

Must be able to speak, read and write English

Manufacturing experience in assembly and/or troubleshooting skills

Required: High School Diploma or equivalent
