PPC Manager (Google & Bing Ads)
Boost Media Group is seeking an experienced PPC Manager to lead the development, execution, and optimization of paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Bing Ads. The role involves managing large-scale campaigns, ensuring alignment with client goals, and providing expert consultation on paid search strategies.

Responsibilities
Develop, launch, and manage paid search campaigns on Google Ads and Bing Ads, ensuring they are aligned with client objectives and maximize ROI
Conduct extensive keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to identify growth opportunities
Continuously analyze and refine campaigns to improve performance metrics such as CPC, CTR, CPA, and ROAS
Work closely with the creative team to ensure that ad copy, creatives, and landing pages are optimized for user engagement and aligned with campaign goals
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing expert consultation on all Google Ads and Bing Ads strategies
Regularly prepare and present in-depth performance reports, including key performance metrics (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS) and actionable insights
Offer strategic recommendations to clients, advising on how to improve campaign performance, expand reach, or address performance challenges
Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor on paid search and digital marketing
Manage and optimize client budgets across both Google Ads and Bing Ads to ensure campaigns are efficient and within budget
Utilize Google Analytics, Microsoft Advertising Intelligence, Google Tag Manager, and other analytics platforms to monitor campaign performance in real time
Work closely with the broader digital marketing team (SEO, Social Media, Creative, Web Development) to ensure that PPC campaigns are integrated into wider marketing and sales strategies
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure paid search efforts align with company goals and support sales or product launch strategies
Actively contribute to knowledge-sharing within the marketing team by educating peers about PPC best practices, emerging trends, and new tools or features in Google Ads and Bing Ads
Stay up-to-date with the latest Google Ads and Bing Ads updates, features, and best practices
Continuously evaluate and experiment with new tools, bidding strategies, and ad formats to ensure campaigns are always optimized and competitive
Create and maintain regular performance reports, dashboards, and presentations to track campaign progress, analyze performance trends, and showcase ROI
Translate complex data into actionable insights that drive campaign improvements
Implement and manage proper tracking systems to measure campaign effectiveness and provide accurate reporting on conversions, revenue, and other key metrics
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). Certifications in Google Ads and Bing Ads are a plus
Minimum of 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Bing Ads. This includes experience in Google Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, and Bing Search campaigns
Experience working in a client-facing role, ideally in a digital marketing agency, managing multiple PPC accounts with large-scale budgets
Advanced proficiency in managing campaigns across Google Ads and Bing Ads, including search, display, shopping, remarketing, and video campaigns
Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics, Microsoft Advertising Intelligence, Google Tag Manager, and other relevant analytics and tracking tools to measure, report, and optimize PPC campaign performance
Ability to analyze large datasets, interpret complex data, and turn insights into actionable strategies to optimize campaign performance
Ability to explain complex PPC strategies and performance data in a clear, concise, and accessible manner for clients, internal teams, and stakeholders
Proven experience in building and nurturing strong client relationships. Ability to manage client expectations and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing campaign issues. Ability to think critically and take strategic action based on data
High attention to detail, ensuring that campaign elements are precise and accurately reflect client objectives, even when working with large volumes of data
Preferred
Previous experience working at Google or within a Google Partner agency is highly desirable, particularly if you have in-depth knowledge of Google Ads best practices, new features, and insights from working directly with the platform
