Responsibilities
Safeguard the confidential information of all department and company records and assets
Circulate throughout assigned areas to ensure that players are following rules and that machines are functioning correctly
Exchange currency for customers, converting currency into requested combinations of bills
Answer patrons' questions about gaming machine functions and payouts
Accounts for wallet funds
Witnesses and verifies slot jackpots
Perform minor repairs or make adjustments to slot machines, resolving problems such as machine tilts and un-jams tickets and bills in slot machines on slot floor
Approves and verifies jackpot payouts
Perform all other duties, as assigned
Qualification
Required
Must be 21 years or older
Must be able to obtain a Gaming and Racing License from Louisiana Racing Commission
1-2 years of experience
Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service
Ability to read, analyze and interpret common documentation
Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from team members, regulatory agencies or members of the staff
Ability to write and present information to management in a reasonable manner
Ability to perform normal mathematical computations in regards to the implementation of current duties
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
Ability to interpret an extensive variety of instructions and deal with several variables
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
