Responsibilities

Own, create and build the company's Partnerships Strategy from the ground up
Work towards a 30%+ Partner-led revenue contribution
Build out the Partnerships team globally
Report to the CRO

Required

Experience in building and executing partnerships strategy
Proven track record of driving partner-led revenue growth
Experience in managing and scaling teams globally
Strong understanding of the AI industry and market dynamics
Ability to work in a fully remote environment
Strong leadership and communication skills
Experience reporting to executive leadership

Preferred

Experience in a fast-growing startup environment
Familiarity with workflow automation platforms
Background in revenue generation and sales leadership
Experience with DE&I initiatives in corporate culture
