Responsibilities

Lead month-end and year-end close process, ensuring timely reconciliations of all accounts, (balance sheet, income statement, multiple banks, etc.)
Perform detailed account reconciliations, including cash, payroll accruals, and other treasury-related accounts
Prepare budget to actual variance analysis, supplying detailed "drill down" management reports
Investigate and resolve discrepancies in financial records, ensuring data integrity and accuracy
Assist with an ERP software data integration and "go live" process
Support process controls and efficiency initiatives
Work with internal teams to ensure financial controls and compliance
Assist with audit preparation and provide support to external auditors

Qualification

Accounting degree4+ years accounting experienceManagement reportingMulti-entity reconciliationERP software exposureAdvanced Excel

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting
4+ years of accounting experience
Management reporting, and multi-entity reconciliation experience
ERP software exposure, and Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, v-lookups, etc.)
