Responsibilities

Adapts existing methods and procedures to create possible alternative solutions to moderately complex problems

Understands and contributes to the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to organization goals

Uses considerable judgment to determine solution and seeks guidance on complex problems

Primary upward interaction is with client directors

Will interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture

Determines methods and procedures on new assignments with guidance

Decisions often impact the team in which they reside

Manages medium sized teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture

Implement Master Data Solutions that transform clients’ functional processes

Required

Minimum of 6 years of experience in Stibo Systems, functional and technical experience required

Minimum of 3 end-to-end Stibo PIM/MDM implementations, including hands-on design, configuration and deployment experience

Minimum of 3 years of experience with JavaScript and developing Stibo Business Rules

Minimum 6 years of deep understanding in MDM and related systems including but not limited to: ERP, PLM, eCommerce, DAM, Syndication

Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate's Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)

Preferred

Experience in Retail, Consumer Goods, and Travel

Functional familiarity with other key master entity/domain such Customer, Supplier/Vendor, Locations, Assets etc. and the challenges typically involved in implementing MDM for that entity/domain

Experience with Data Architecture and Data Integration

Experience with Data Quality tools to profile, cleanse, standardize and enrich data

Experience using Generative AI is a plus
