Bench is seeking an experienced OT Vulnerability Management Lead to join their global Cybersecurity Threat Management team. This high-impact leadership role is responsible for building and maturing an enterprise-wide Operational Technology Vulnerability Management program to effectively identify, prioritize, and mitigate risks across industrial environments.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute an OT Vulnerability Management strategy aligned with frameworks such as NIST CSF, NIST 800-82, and IEC 62443
Lead vulnerability identification, assessment, and remediation efforts across OT/ICS environments
Apply risk-based prioritization models including CVSS, CMSS, and EPSS
Integrate threat intelligence into OT vulnerability workflows
Partner closely with IT, Cybersecurity, and Operational teams to drive timely remediation
Define, track, and report vulnerability metrics for technical teams and executive leadership
Drive continuous improvement of OT security posture across global sites
Oversee large-scale security initiatives and leverage automation for tracking and reporting

Required

Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Security, or equivalent hands-on experience
8+ years of experience in OT security, vulnerability management, cybersecurity, or related IT roles
2+ years in a senior technical or leadership role
Strong understanding of ICS/SCADA, PLCs, HMIs, and industrial protocols
Hands-on experience with OT vulnerability assessments, risk analysis, and remediation strategies
Experience using OT security platforms such as Tenable OT, Claroty, Nozomi, or Verve
Knowledge of OT threats, ICS malware, and adversary tactics
Experience with OT patching, compensating controls, and asset lifecycle management
Ability to translate technical OT risks into clear business impact for executive stakeholders

Preferred

GICSP, GRID, CISSP, CISM, OSCP, or similar security certifications
