Responsibilities

Influence stakeholders across functions to gain support for design strategies

Drive a holistic design process, design system, or design language across teams or products

Design for multimodal input and orchestration, seamlessly blending voice, gaze, gesture, and conversational AI

Exceptional communication and storytelling skills. Articulate and advocate a complex spatial and AI design goal to stakeholders, from hardware engineers to executive leadership

Deep expertise in designing user-centric, AI-powered products, demonstrating a sophisticated understanding of how to manage model ambiguity, blend digital intelligence into the physical world, and build user trust in heads-up or ambient contexts

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

8 years of experience in product design or UX

5 years of experience working in a complex, cross-functional organization
