At least 4 years of experience with single family wood frame construction
Proficient in Revit
Ability to see what is needed and act on it
Comfortable talking to clients, consultants, and contractors
Must live within an hour of Kingston, NY
A car is a must for visiting jobsites

Preferred

Experience in multifamily projects
Interest in building science and Passive House (certification preferred)
