Logistics & Supply Chain
Responsibilities
Assist in the setup and teardown of all event equipment and materials
Provide on-site customer service to guests and clients during events
Manage registration processes and ensure smooth check-in procedures
Monitor event schedules to maintain timely execution of all activities
Respond to inquiries from attendees and provide helpful information about the event
Coordinate with vendors and staff to ensure seamless operations throughout the event
Qualification
Required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Capable of lifting and moving up to 50 lbs as required for event setup
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
Ability to work well in a team environment and take direction
Preferred
Previous experience in event staffing or related field
