Chief Marketing Manager
Responsibilities
Developing and executing a holistic marketing strategy aligned with INLIBRIUM’s mission and values
Building and strengthening the INLIBRIUM brand across relevant platforms and touchpoints
Creating and overseeing marketing campaigns and content
Leading market research and audience insights to refine positioning
Establishing and nurturing presence in selected magazines, podcasts, and events
Collaborating closely with founders and other partners
Analysing marketing performance and translating insights into action
Supporting sustainable business growth while enhancing the client experience
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in marketing strategy, campaign creation, and brand management
Strong understanding of market research, consumer behaviour, and competitive positioning
Confident leadership and project management skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-informed decisions
Excellent communication skills, creativity, and a strong sense for meaningful storytelling
Preferred
Experience with digital marketing tools, platforms, and CRM systems (a plus)
Background in wellness, personal development, or adjacent fields is highly valuable
Existing relationships with high-end media and/or HNWI / UHNWI audiences are a strong advantage
